The regular clean
Steam extraction pulls the soil out of the pile instead of pushing it further in. A complimentary deodorizer comes with every clean, and traffic lanes get pre-treated first, because hallways and doorways always wear down before the rest of the room does.

Bleach does not leave a stain sitting on top of the fibre, it strips the colour out of it, which is why cleaning a bleach spot a second or third time never fixes it. We dye the colour back in and match it to the carpet around it. Spot dyeing, full carpet dyeing and red stain removal, going on 25 years of it.

From a slow drip under an AC unit to a whole house that has flooded overnight, we run emergency water clean-up around the clock. Extraction first, then drying, then checking what the pad and the subfloor underneath are holding. Free estimate before any work begins.

Grout sits below the tile surface, so mopping only moves soil across it rather than lifting it out. We scrub it mechanically with our own Tile Tool, then tell you whether the grout underneath is stained or actually failed.

Decorative concrete work for floors and patios that have lost their colour or their finish. A different trade from carpet and tile, and one we have carried for years alongside the rest of the work.
A hospital-grade whole-house disinfectant service, advertised at $75.00 for up to 2,000 square feet alongside a carpet clean. It is safe around pets and plants, and the business markets it heading into cold and flu season, though that is their own promotional framing, not a claim made here. Advertised pricing rather than a permanent rate, so confirm the current number when you call.
