The regular clean
Steam extraction that pulls the soil out of the pile instead of pushing it further in, with a complimentary deodorizer included. Traffic lanes get pre-treated before the wand ever reaches them, because hallways and doorways always go first.
How a carpet clean runs
What almost nobody else does
Bleach does not leave a stain, it strips the colour out of the fibre, which is why cleaning it again never works. We dye the colour back in and match it to the carpet around it. Spot dyeing, full carpet dyeing and red stain removal, going on 25 years of it.

Emergency water clean-up around the clock, from a small drip under an AC unit to a whole house that has flooded. Extraction first, then drying, then checking what the carpet and the pad underneath are holding. Free estimate before work begins.
What the first 24 hours look like
The part a mop redistributes
Grout sits below the tile surface, so a mop moves soil across it rather than lifting it out. We scrub it mechanically with our own Tile Tool, then read the difference between grout that is stained and grout that has actually failed.
How grout gets cleaned
Every 18 to 24 months
Sofas, recliners, love seats, dining chairs and vehicle interiors. Each behaves differently under extraction, so the fabric gets checked before any water touches it. Sooner than 18 months if there are children or pets in the house.

Home exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, office exteriors and parking lots, with the pressure matched to the surface rather than turned up until something moves. Hot water steam cleaning where that is the better call.
