Every claim on this page is tied to something specific: a founding year, a certification, a named service. Nothing here is a slogan about the company, it is what the company has actually been doing to Montgomery-area floors for over three decades.
We are locally owned and family operated, and we have offered carpet cleaning, carpet repairs, water restoration, tile cleaning, pressure washing and mold remediation across the Montgomery, Wetumpka, Prattville, Millbrook and Pike Road area since 1991. Nobody on this crew is new to it.
A family shop since 1991
Locally owned and family operated is not a line on our site, it is who answers the phone and who shows up at the house. Being run by the same family for over three decades means the fifth job of the week gets held to the same standard as the five-hundredth. Regulars come back because the crew that cleaned their carpets last time is the same crew, trained the same way, not a different name pulled in for the day.
That continuity matters more in this trade than most. Carpet dyeing and bleach repair are judgment calls made on the spot, not a checklist, and judgment gets sharper the longer somebody has actually been doing the work. Since 1991 has been long enough to see most of what a Montgomery-area floor can throw at us.
What IICRC Certified Firm actually means
The IICRC, the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, is the standards body for the cleaning and restoration trade. It sets the technical procedures for carpet cleaning and water damage restoration, and a firm carrying its certification is held to those procedures rather than whatever gets a job finished fastest. We have carried it for years, and it is on every page of this site, not tucked into the fine print.
It matters most on the jobs where getting it wrong is expensive. Water restoration done properly means checking the pad and the subfloor, not running a fan over the surface and calling the room dry. That is the difference a certified firm is meant to make, and it is the one we hold ourselves to.
From a routine clean to a flooded house at midnight
Most weeks here are ordinary: steam-cleaning a living room and two bedrooms, scrubbing grout with our own Tile Tool, cleaning a sofa before company arrives. A complimentary deodorizer comes with every carpet clean, and upholstery gets checked before any water touches it, sofas, recliners, love seats, dining chairs and vehicle interiors alike.
Some weeks are not ordinary. We run 24-hour emergency water clean-up, from a small drip under an AC unit to a whole house that has flooded, and pressure washing for driveways, sidewalks and building exteriors sits alongside all of it. Every job, ordinary or not, gets a free estimate before we start.
The colour work most cleaners will not touch
Bleach does not stain a carpet, it strips the colour out of the fibre, which is why cleaning a bleached spot again and again never fixes it. Most carpet cleaners will tell a homeowner the room needs replacing. We dye the colour back in and match it to the carpet around it: spot dyeing, full carpet dyeing and red stain removal, work we have been doing for nearly 25 years. Carpet repair and stretching goes the same way: a seam that has come apart or carpet that has started to ripple is a repair, not a reason to tear the room out.
